We reserve the right to make substitutions to our pre-designed gifts when necessary to ensure the timely delivery of your gift, but rest assured, these instances are rare.  When we do substitute, we will always make substitutions of equal or greater value to ensure the highest quality of your gift.

Here at Impressions, we make it our mission to create the best gifts for you and the people you love. Due to the nature of our products and the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift, all orders are final sale and non-refundable. We take great care in making sure your gift arrives to you looking great! If there is has been any damage to your item(s) during delivery, please notify us within 24 hours at impressionsgourmet@shaw.ca and we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Delivery

Local Delivery: Delivery is available within Lethbridge, Coaldale, and Coalhurst, AB, typically available within 1-2 business days. If you'd like delivery to be scheduled for a specific day, please include a note in your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

Delivery within 24 hours: May be available upon request. Please contact us directly at 403-942-3934 or impressionsgifts@shaw.ca if you require delivery within 24 hours.

National Shipping: May be available upon request. Please contact us directly at 403-942-3934 or impressionsgifts@shaw.ca if you require delivery outside the Lethbridge area.

Please note: we require a phone number for delivery recipients and will call prior to delivering. This is done to ensure that someone is available at the place of delivery to receive the item. We will not deliver without contacting the recipient or leave items unattended at a recipient's address without prior approval from the sender.

There are some instances where we are unable to deliver to your specified location. This is usually caused by reasons out of our control such as refusal of delivery, incorrect address provided, it was deemed not safe to be left, etc. When this occurs, the gift will be returned to us and we will contact you at the phone/email address you provided upon ordering. If a second attempt of delivery is required, you will be charged a second delivery fee. If you wish to cancel the order because of the incomplete delivery, a 15% fee, as well as the initial delivery fee, will be charged.
