Do you support Canadian-made products?

We love Canada! We pride ourselves in stocking Canadian products whenever possible and the vast majority of our products come from Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Ontario, and Quebec.

Can you accommodate food allergies/preferences?

We cannot guarantee that products have been made in allergen-free environments, but we can exlcude specific items from your gift upon request (e.g. no nuts, no coffee, no lavendar scent, etc.). Just let us know what you require and we'll offer different options to suit your needs.

How much time do you need prior to filling my order?

That depends on what you would like to send! The more personalized the gift, the more lead time we will likely need to prepare it. However, most gifts without customization, including all of our pre-designed gifts, are typically available for same-day or next-day pick-up or delivery. See our Policies section below for more information on delivery.

Where are you located?

We share a location with Impressions Embroidery and Engraving at #8 - 449 Mayor Magrath Dr. S (in the inside part of the Sandman Hotel mall). You can find a Google map on our Contact page.

I would like my gift delivered directly to the recipient. Will a receipt or prices be included in the box that is shipped?

We do not include receipts or packing slips inside our shipments. Your recipient's package will not have pricing listed anywhere.



We reserve the right to make substitutions to our pre-designed gifts when necessary to ensure the timely delivery of your gift, but rest assured, these instances are rare. When we do substitute, we will always make substitutions of equal or greater value to ensure the highest quality of your gift.

Exchanges and Returns

Here at Impressions, we make it our mission to create the best gifts for you and the people you love. Due to the nature of our products and the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift, all orders are final sale and non-refundable. We take great care in making sure your gift arrives to you looking great! If there is has been any damage to your item(s) during delivery, please notify us within 24 hours at and we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.


Currently,we offer three types of delivery.

Delivery within 24 hours: We will deliver your gift within 24 hours of your purchase, provided the recipient is available to receive it (exception: no deliveries will take place on Sundays or holidays). We will call the recipient to arrange a time for delivery. You will be notified by email if any further information is needed.
This option is only available for delivery within Lethbridge, AB.

Scheduled Delivery: Please make a note of which day you would like your gift to be delivered when this option is checked, along with any other delivery instructions. You will be notified by email if any further information is needed.
This option is only available for delivery within Lethbridge, AB.

Store Pickup: You will be notified by email if any further information is needed as well as when your gift is ready to be picked up. Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation and ID will be required for pickup.

Hand delivery may be available for surrounding areas; please contact us at to discuss options.

There are some instances where we are unable to deliver to your specified location. This is usually caused by reasons out of our control such as refusal of delivery, incorrect address provided, it was deemed not safe to be left, etc. When this occurs, the gift will be returned to our storefront and we will contact you at the phone/email address you provided upon ordering. If a second attempt of delivery is required, you will be charged a second delivery fee. If you wish to cancel the order because of the incomplete delivery, a 15% fee, as well as the initial delivery fee, will be charged.
